Parking Information
We offer free customer parking immediately outside Treasure Island Play, with approximately 8–10 designated spaces available.
Parking is provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis and, particularly during busy periods, we cannot guarantee that a space will be available.
Additional weekend parking
At weekends, we provide additional free overflow parking in the NHS car park immediately in front of our own car park. This significantly increases the number of spaces available for our customers.
Please follow any signage or instructions from our team regarding use of the overflow parking area.
If our car parks are full
If both our designated spaces and the weekend NHS overflow parking are full, additional parking is available at Grosvenor Shopping Northfield Multi Storey Car Park, just a few minutes’ walk from Treasure Island.
Please check and comply with any parking charges, opening times and conditions displayed by the car park operator.
Please park considerately
We are located alongside other businesses and ask all customers to respect our neighbours. Please:
- Only use spaces designated for Treasure Island customers or our authorised NHS overflow parking at weekends.
- Do not park in spaces belonging to neighbouring businesses.
- Do not block entrances, access routes, delivery areas or other vehicles.
- If a member of our team provides instructions about parking or asks you to move your vehicle, please follow their directions.
From time to time, our staff may need to manage parking arrangements to maintain safe access and make the best use of the spaces available. We really appreciate your cooperation — it helps our team and ensures parking remains as fair and accessible as possible for all our customers.
Top tip: During particularly busy periods, including weekends and school holidays, please allow a little extra time for parking before your visit.
